KAEC Continues to Showcase New Residential Land Plots for its Al-Talah Gardens – Now in Makkah
First Time Ever in The Holy City
King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) announced its third exhibition to showcase the ready-to-deliver residential properties from “Al Talah Gardens”. Following the previous exhibitions in Jeddah and Madinah, this third exhibition will take place in Makkah at the Makkah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, from 14-16 April 2016.
The exhibition will feature properties from the Al-Talah Gardens development, a family-focused community spread over 1.1 million sqm, and serviced with world class infrastructure and amenities, including water and utility networks, fiber-optic telecommunications, security services and lighting.
“We are delighted to bring our residential products to Makkah for the first time in response to the keen interest shown by its citizens” said Mr. Fahd Al-Rasheed, Group CEO and Managing Director of KAEC. “Al-Talah Gardens offers Makkah citizens a high quality Coastal Communities lifestyle with access to the pristine beaches of the Red Sea, and their interest is further stimulated by the fact that Makkah and KAEC will be conveniently linked by Haramain railway.”
Al-Talah Gardens is easily accessible by road and features a crescent park stretching nearly 1 km in the heart of the district. The park also features walking and bicycle paths, which meander through a naturally shaded garden landscape, and connect people directly to the neighbourhood centre.
“Al-Talah Gardens is an excellent opportunity for families and individuals to build their own homes, as well as for investors looking for long-term returns in the real estate market, that is complete with a state-of the-art infrastructure and world-class public services.” said Mr. Charles Biele, CEO of Residential Development at KAEC.
As part of the prestigious Coastal Communities, residents of Al-Talah Gardens will also have access to a wide range of amenities and social facilities, including safety and security, health care services, green parks, mosques, and top standard schools, along with retail and restaurants located along the beautiful seafront and marina. This year the Coastal Communities will also see the opening of a number of landmark lifestyle projects, including the Royal Greens Golf Course and Country Club, the Esmeralda Sports Complex & Health Center, and Juman Park.
Those interested in attending the sales event are recommended to register by calling 800 11 800 10 or visiting Al-Talah Gardens for further details.
